No listing in 1910 or 1911 Glen Wright of National Archives found a listing in the old Can. Expeditionary Forces card file which shows his wife as Ada Camilia Bitton living at 5207 De Lanaudiere St. Montreal at the time of his death in 1954. New information as of June 2003 - see the paper file - to be confirmed He left Camilia shortly after returning from war and moved in with a woman who had a son and a daughter. Lived with her in the Toronto area for 32 years. He continued to send money to Camilia all the time. My research in the Montreal Directories shows him living in Montreal in 1926 at 5415 Cartier St. He is shown living with a Mrs. R. Daley widow of "C". Is this the woman he lived with later in Toronto? He was buried at Pine Hills Cemetery, Scarborough, CAN.1 He married Camilia Bertrand. Albert Bitton was born on 22 July 1889 at Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.2,3 He was the son of Walter Bitton and Mary Ann Smith. Albert Bitton died on 30 June 1954 at age 64.4,5
